I am a Biggest Loser fan and each season I am motivated to loose weight, but I’ll be honest, the excitement tends to fizzle by the 3rd weeks episode and by then I’ve fallen off the wagon. Groups like Weight Watchers, MWL or the Biggest Loser.com, which offer tools and support for those attempting to lose weight, can be costly. These days, five bucks a week can really add up.
